After Hours
After Hours Ceramics is a ceramics studio created for adults who want a creative outlet without the pressure of being “good” at art.
The concept was built around making ceramics feel social, accessible, and a little less precious. Instead of leaning into the earthy, minimalist aesthetic that’s common in the category, I wanted the brand to feel more like a neighborhood hangout you’d actually want to stop by after work.
The identity is playful, tactile, and slightly imperfect, with a visual system inspired by art school posters, handmade marks, and the messy charm of working with clay.
At its core, After Hours is about giving people permission to clock out, make something with their hands, and not take it too seriously.
Scope: Branding, Illustration
